Off the football field, Bernie Kruchak is a professional writer with over 20 years experience in communications and publishing. On the field, he's coached at Greendell Community Club and Churchill High School and spent three years as program coordinator with the University of Manitoba Bisons.

After a stellar coaching career at Churchill High School, where his teams won three provincial championships and one national title, Brian Dobie became head coach of the University of Manitoba Bisons in 1996. He was named CIS Coach of the Year in 2001 and led the Bisons to a Vanier Cup victory in 2007.

A certified Level 4 football coach, Paul Normandeau has coached for 37 years – including his most recent stint as head coach of the Winnipeg Rifles – at the high school, junior, university and provincial team levels. The former Kelvin High School educator was named NFL Canada's 2001 High School Coach of the Year.
